Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every piece. If something isn't right, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Email dlglobal.llc00@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Request a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you'd like.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you and, if approved, issue the refund within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale and items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.
