Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

United States

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.95 — free on orders over $100
• Express Shipping (2–4 business days): $14.95

International

• International Standard (7–15 business days): $19.95 — free on orders over $200

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact dlglobal.llc00@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
